One thing you should know about our group: our dinner game is on point! We strongly believe that a robust and full bodied Bible study pairs well with an aromatic and hearty meal. Our group is a pretty diverse community built around solid friendship that gathers each week to talk about how the truth of God’s Word intersects with our actual lives.

Come hungry—for dinner and for community. Our group believes the Wednesday night meeting is just one portion of the GC experience and encourages group gatherings throughout the week and on weekends—whether at restaurants, porches, pickleball courts or community outreach projects. The Sunday service and Wednesday discussion fill us up with the gospel and propel us into the week and into the community. We are energetic, active (sometimes loud), and love supporting each other as we learn more about our great God and how He is working in our lives and in the lives of our neighbors.

The Chafigoulline GC is one of the oldest at Providence, both in terms of how long it’s been around, as well as the average age of the people in it. It is a mix of of singles and families, with kids ranging in age from 6-19 years old. Since getting that many families together every week is pretty challenging, we meet weekly in men’s and women’s small groups, mostly in the SW area of Austin. We aim for depth in our time together and focus on the challenges and joys of living out the gospel with our families. We meet twice a month on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. as a full group. In terms of our mission, the group’s focus has been on building gospel bridges with our neighbors, as well as serving families who are pursuing foster care and adoption.

The Cordes GC meets on Sunday afternoons to foster rich community and connect the truth of the gospel to our everyday lives. We are committed to walking through life together, making memories, sharing plenty of meals, and inviting others into the adventure of life with Jesus. We are a group of people in their mid-20s — 30s, with a mix of singles, married couples, and young families. We welcome diversity and would love for anyone to join our group!

The Ferguson GC meets twice monthly on Sundays at 4pm in rotating homes around Bryker Woods and Rosedale to dig into God’s word as we navigate life’s ups and downs. Along with men’s and women’s gatherings during the week, GC extends the normal rhythms of life together as we encourage each other in truth while living out our faith among neighbors, coworkers, friends, and family. With kids running around, meals shared, and plenty of voices joining in, our group feels like one big family of believers. It’s lively, refreshing, and joy-filled, and we’d love for you to jump in with us as we keep pointing each other to Jesus.

We are a Gospel-centric group of friends primarily based in north central Austin who actually share life together, have fun together, encourage one another, speak the truth in love to one another, and help each other look more like Jesus. We welcome everyone into the joys and freedom of the Christian community we get to experience.

One Sunday late afternoon every month in West Austin, the families of the Fowler GC (and over 20 kids between us) gather to eat kolaches and donuts and study God’s word together. Slightly less chaotic are the men’s and women’s discipleship groups that meet weekly in the early mornings at Honey Ham (guys), and late nights at Starbucks (ladies). Our GC is a loving community of believers who help point each other to the peace and love of Christ.

One of the most distinguishing characteristics of of our GC is diversity. From our age range, backgrounds, vocations, to life stages, we are all quite different. Though we’re different in many ways, we are the same in our commitment to genuine community and our relentless pursuit of the gospel. We work together to take care of each other and have seen God come through in mighty ways over the past 3 years. Needless to say, we are not without flaw and sometimes like to settle things the ole fashioned way, with an arm wresting match!

Come and join us down South—it’s a great time. Food, activities, fellowship, occasional silliness—we love hanging out. Our GC is so much more than just a once a week bible study. We want to be friends, show up to each other’s kids soccer games, and serve our community. We try to take the weekly sermon as a starting point for full and deep conversation to love one another and hopefully make an impact on the neighborhoods we live in.

The McKnight GC meets weekly, and our group is full of working professionals, graduate students, parents, and lots of young children! Our gatherings rotate each week so that each month includes a gathering of men, women, men and women separately, and a family night when little ones join for the fun. Our group loves to care for and encourage each other in our walks to experience God’s love and serve others.

We’re a GC full of 20 and 30 year olds that meet weekly to dive deep into God’s word and encourage one another to live in light of the gospel. On the weekends you’ll find us playing pickleball, or hanging at Deep Eddy. No matter your stage we’d love for you to visit our GC!

The Monteith GC meets weekly and is made up of families with kids of all ages and singles in the 78749 area. We rotate between men’s, women’s, and all-together nights on Tuesdays at 7pm, meeting in different homes. We seek to care for one another, apply the gospel to everyday life, and invite our neighbors into the love of Christ.

The Moore GC meets on the east side to work out the gospel in everyday life. We’re committed to diving into the big and small things of life together as we go about our work and home lives. Our weekly schedule looks a bit different to accommodate different life stages, so be sure to check in and see if we are meeting all together, just men, just women, or all families!

The Nguyen/Langley GC meets every Monday in the Northwest Hills neighborhood to remind each other that the gospel transforms us and gives us new life. If this were our resume, we’d tell you we’re proficient in eating together at Central Market cafe, jokes in the group chat, self-nominating chairs and supporting each other’s work and interests.

Affectionately known as the “best” GC, The Scharbach group meets in living rooms on the east side, where you can always expect witty one-liners, homemade bread, and a tight schedule. Some of the members work in tech, some are mommas, some build things, and some grow things. They love welcoming new people and often send out group emails for spontaneous weekend dinners and game nights.

We love honest conversation, laughter, and the occasional friendly competition (yes, there is a traveling trophy up for grabs). We are a multi-generational, diverse group (single, married, college students to empty nesters) and welcome you to join us as we help each other believe and apply the gospel in all of life.

Transition your weeks well and join Tuesday nights with the Threlkeld GC. We are a group that invites rich discussion around applying God’s words to our lives as disciples today. Together, this crew is working on deepening our friendships and faith, supporting each other through life’s ups and downs, and learning more about God’s character and truth. We typically range from mid 20s to 30s in age, with a mix of singles, married and young families. But all are welcome to come be a part of our group!

The Williams GC is a group of families in NW Austin who are seeking to grow in our faith through studying God’s Word together, pursuing community with one another, and living out the gospel in our circles. We range from young marrieds to families with teens. Our whole crew comes together to enjoy dinner & family fellowship at 4:30pm on the first Sunday of each month. During the week we enjoy deeper conversation over the Word & prayer, and lots of laughs at our women’s group (each Wednesday at 7:00pm) and men’s group (each Friday at 7am). We would love to have you join us!

The Zinnecker GC holds separate men’s and women’s meetings on alternating weeks, Tuesday at 7:30 pm. The entire group meets monthly on a Sunday for a family meal and fellowship.
