Brady is a native Austinite who moved up north (Montana, then Minnesota) to see some mountains and to complete a degree in Bible and theology. Upon graduating, he and his wife, Kristyn, returned to Austin to do local church ministry. In 2023, Brady connected with the team at Providence and, after an extensive interview process, began 2024 on staff as a Church Planting Resident. Brady and Kristyn are passionate about seeing more gospel-centered churches planted in Austin and beyond. They live in northeast Austin with their two daughters, Lily and Bella, and their dog, Lewis.

Kaitlyn grew up all across the US (including two years in Germany!) thanks to the Air Force. She attended Texas A&M and spent several years working for a pregnancy resource center after graduation. Pro-life work brought her to Austin but most recently she has found work in creative spaces, studio managing local artists. Outside of the office you’ll find Kaitlyn painting murals, walking Town Lake with friends, hosting themed parties, organizing pickleball tournaments, or on the phone with her sister who lives in Africa! Kaitlyn looks forward to serving Providence through the use of her administrative and relational gifts.

Michaila is a native Austinite. After studying Kinesiology at Baylor University, she moved back to Austin and worked at a nonprofit for a few years. Michaila loves getting to serve in the college and women’s ministries and is passionate about seeing people experience the fullness of life in Christ. In her free time you can find her walking the trail, eating tacos, and hanging out with her niece.
