Brad Watson

Spiritual Formation Director

Brad grew up in Lisbon, Portugal. Before moving to Austin, he co-planted a church in Portland and lead a church in the westside of Los Angeles. He’s passionate about seeing the church equipped and empowered to live out its calling in every sphere of life. Brad loves reading great novels, listening to good music, paddle boarding, and cheering on Liverpool at B.D Rileys.

Brad graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University (B.B.A), Western Seminary (M.A.), studied apologetics at Oxford, and is working toward his doctorate at Houston Theological Seminary. He’s the author of multiple books and studies on the resurrection, advent, and gospel communities on missison. He and his wife, Mirela, have two daughters, Norah and Maitê, and one son, Truman.
